The database maintenance has been completed. Notehub is operating normally. Event routing was offline from 7:43am to 7:52am and again from 8:10am to 8:12am. API and UI access was offline from 7:41am to 8:12am. These periods were longer than expected. We will be working with our vendor to minimize this impact in the future.

On Tuesday, September 29th at 7:30am EDT, we will be performing a major, vendor-required database maintenance. During the upgrade, Notehub will be unavailable for a brief period lasting less than 10 minutes and likely under 3 minutes.
Given the redundancy built into Notecards and Notehub, no events will be lost, only delayed. The UI and the API will unavailable during this period.
We will update this status page as the maintenance begins and at its conclusion.
