This Sunday, Notehub will be unavailable for a brief period, less than 10 minutes, due to preventative maintenance. We expect this to start at approximately 6pm Eastern Time.
While this may delay Notecard events, no events will be lost.
Background: To implement additional security best practices, we are in the process of encrypting all Notehub data at rest. The process does require a brief outage as we switch to encrypted storage. We expect to have one or two more short maintenance periods like this to complete the process.
This is unique maintenance task that will not be repeated once encryption is complete. With Notehub's resilient architecture, there is no need for Notehub to stop processing events during upgrades or most maintenances.
